I had the pleasure of working with Hollie to design a customer bracelet with a few key pieces I had been holding onto for some time. I had a unique ask as I'm an equestrian so wanted the bracelet to be durable enough for daily wear. She started the process by having a 1:1 consultation with me, with me then sending her the gold/diamond charms I wanted to incorporate into the design. I didn't want them to dangle so she created a custom design that would embed the pieces into the links of the bracelet. She shared a CAD design with me and we made a few minor tweaks - I fully trusted her design eye and detailed expertise. She took great care in ensuring my piece was made to perfection, from the design elements, to the sizing and how it would fit in with the rest of my bracelet stack.
